Contestants may choose to cook just 1-2 meat items or all items. Meat must be prepared for judging at the time described below.

Judging Times-Have your meat prepared at least 10 minutes before the judging times.

4:30 Spare Ribs

5:00 Pork Butt

5:30 Brisket

Winner Pay-Outs:

1st Place: $500 each category

2nd Place: $300 each category

3rd Place: $150 each category

Grand Prize: (All 4 Meats) $1,500

People's Choice

Back for a 2nd year, the people's choice pulled pork competition will be available to customers from 11:00 AM until Sold Out. Contestants must prepare their pulled pork for a people's choice competition by 10:50 AM. Customers can purchase a ticket to receive a sample from each competitor. They can then cast their vote for their favorite.

Friday, May 17th-Wing Competition

Chicken wings cooked your way. Contestants must prepare their wings for a people's choice competition. Wings must be ready by 5:30 PM on Friday evening. People's Choice will run from 5:30 till sold out. Customers can purchase one wing from each contestant at $1/wing. They then can then vote on their favorite wing.

Wing Competition Awards presented at 8:30 PM on Friday, May 17th

Winner Pay-Outs:

1st Place: 30% Payout

2nd Place: 15% Payout

3rd Place: 5% Payout
